MAP & PPI Ported pics
If your old tune was conservative, that's consistent enough. I'd like to know the difference, esp if you gain low end power.
Yeah, should be consistent with my current tune being conservative. I'll get their print out as well as get a dyno at the same place even though their dyno seems to be a bit off: see comments regarding JTran dyno here (https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...dr-tune-2.html).

Ceramic coated parts pictures added to top. I had asked for only external coating but they missed it on their notes and also did internal coating. I was a little concerned about the exhaust manifold and hotside being coated internally. The rep a Polydyn said the ceramic coating is very thin and that if any flaked off it would not harm the turbo. Also, said there should not be any clearance issue on the hotside but if there was they could sand it. I'm guessing since it was ported/polished it should be fine.

I'll have to get a scan but here are the before and after numbers on the same Dyno:

Tanabe Exhaust & DP, Perrin HFC.
Do these number seem high for just these parts on stock boost?
Before Max:
Run 1 252 305
Run 2 250 302
Run 3 248 298
Test comments: Af in 10's all the way
Date 2011/08/12
Tanabe Exhaust & DP, Perrin HFC, PPI Extreme Ported Ex Mani & O2 Housing, MAP Rev 2 Intake Mani and Turbine Housing, Ceramic coating on everything.
Also had spark plugs changed and boost leak test done with injector seals being replaced.
After Max:
Run 1 248 272
Run 2 249 287
Run 3 257 273
Comments: Making power, drop from 6200 and on. Also Af in 10.2 area.
Not sure what's going on but don't think the temp difference (May vs August) would make a difference.
