ok so i recently got ahold of some used apr gt3 carbon mirrors. the glass in the passenger side was broke and removed. i contacted tony at apr to see if they sold the glass via email. he immediatly returned the email, stated they sell them and ask for the story behind it. i told him what was going on and he suggested i send it to them for replacement and he would only charge parts and shipping. sounds good for me. i sent them out and the moment they got there he called me personally and comfirmed it had arrived and he was ready to return ship. gave him all the information and he sent it, along with some revised bolts and washers for them that he did not charge me for. got the mirror back and it was perfect.

long story short apr has fantasic customer service and i will be proud to have their quality parts on my car. i've actually looked into more parts they sell for consideration.
