Intercity Lines...
Intercity Lines...
While this isn't anything specific for evo's, I have recenty gone through the process of shipping my evo to CBRD in York, PA. I got a variety of quotes for enclosed transport... about a 450 dollar spread among them. To make a long story short... I tried 3 other, cheaper companies than Intercity Lines. First one seemed fishy upon arrival, couldnt answer questions regarding their own paperwork, and were late arriving. After two more poor experiences I bit the bullet and went with Intercity Lines.
Upon scheduling my transport with Interciy Lines I had a lot more confidence I was going to get the kind of service I was expecting and looking for when sending off my pride and joy. All the other companies I tried to use, left me feeling sick to my stomach from uncertainty... mainly from the lack of communication.
Intercity Lines gave me a good, realistic timeline. I got a call from the driver two days prior to picking my car up. As well as two calls on the day of while he was in route. The driver was super nice, super professional, even when it came to noticing all the paint flaws on my car.
I even got a after it was delivered saying it had arrived safely. I have to say the few extra hundred bucks for a reliable company to move my car was a bargain to have peace of mind. Intercity wasn't the most expensive company I got a quote from either.
While not cheap, it was well worth the money spent. My car arrived at its destination 730 miles away in just 2 days.
Thanks Intercity Lines, and Chad at CBRD for recommending them!
