Dynotech Tuning

Was looking for an AEM EMS for my evo 9 rs and put up a WTB thread. Within 10mins i had a pm from adam over at dynotech with a great setup on a complete brand new AEM EMS V2 setup. while i would have really liked to pick that up it was a little out of my price range for my budget as my build is starting to be complete and pushing the limits of my wallet. lol. anyway Adam continued to work with me and sold me the AIT sensor i needed to finish up the whole kits so it could be ready to install. Quick responses on both a saturday and SUNDAY even wrote me up the invoice on a SUNDAY and i will have it in two days. just want to give two thumbs up to dynotech and recommend anyone to do business with them. They are very nice, helpful, and willing to work with you. Thanks again Adam.

Thanks guys! Adam is a machine when it comes to giving out great deals and really going the extra mile. You should hear him in the sales office when he is working on someone's parts lists, he invests so much into each customers build that you would think he was talking about his own build. When you deal with Adam, he becomes another team member with your goals in mind.

Keep up the amazing work Adam, I can't say enough good things about how hard you work for your/our customers.

My car is there currently and I plan to do my own review but I have to say I honestly haven't dealt with a better group of guys. Their customer service is top notch which is sadly getting harder to come by these days it seems.

Thanks Jamie!

I work as hard as I possibly can for this community. I always want to see a customer walk away happy, even if we didn't sell them anything this time, rather than sell them something they may not need just to make a quick buck. On the weekends I am always here at our facility, whether to work on my own project car or if I'm sourcing parts that one of our customers may need ASAP for a deadline build. Customer service is always number one to me. Don't hesistate to call, even on a Saturday at 1 a.m. ...I am most likely still here.

Thanks for the compliments guys!

-Adam

I was having problems with my car for awhile. I posted that I wanted it to get checked out and get it diag'd to see what the problem was. I chose Dynotech. They were about 2 hrs away from me, but let me tell you. It is definitely worth it. I brought it in Tuesday, and that night they diag'd what the problem was. Jamie spent hours fixing my idle, and Adam had ordered me a new Bov overnight and with their discounts I got it for dirt cheap. They even showed me a video of why my bov was leaking. Most shops won't do that, thats for sure. Their customer support is 115%. They gave me updates daily. And they even have a dyno cam so I saw my car getting tuned while being 100 miles away.

I suggest anyone that's not worried about the distance, go to this shop.

Dan did you finally get your car sorted? I take it it was a BOV issue as I said before?

It was a lot of things actually Freddie. It was the starter, bov, boost leaks, and tune.

My experience with dynotech started when I stumbled upon their facebook page while killing time on a lunch break. After looking at the website I found out they would install/tune speed density. I gave them a call to get some prices and was more then happy with the over the phone customer service. Few days later I called back to set up an appointment, and that following week I dropped the car off on a Tuesday. When talking to Adam I decided to go a little bit further then just a speed density install and tune. We decided on the grimspeed "boost by gear" solenoid, Tial Q, 850cc injectors and other msc items. The whole time my car was there I was kept up to date on how things were going by the guys at the shop. That follow Wednesday the car was up on the live feed site being tuned (which is an amazing feature of getting tuned at dynotech if you cant be there in person). Later that night I went to pick her up, and I was nothing shy of completely impressed. Initial reaction of driving the car was a giant smile, it pulls 10x harder and holds boost 10x better. Also the next morning I was able to simply start the car and walk away without having to worry about it stalling ten times before getting up to temp. Fuel mileage has also dramatically increased, Jamie knows exactly what he is doing. Adam and Brian have contacted me several times since leaving with the car to make sure everything is just right, customer support does not get any better then dynotech.
