Has anyone else purchased from them notice it's taking longer to receive items and the latest was I ordered something yesterday morning to be shipped via UPS. They turn around and ship it...via USPS. The last time they shipped something through them, my TOB which I needed asap showing up about 2 weeks later, after I drove 2 hours to buy another one from a dealership. So my ride is down yet another day and the status on the package: "Electronic Notification", no processing, shipped or anything like that. I've ordered from them since 2005 with no problems until lately, just wondering if anyone else has this happening? Might be looking at a new company to purchase from.

*Update* Called them, they are sending another one via UPS and will be here in the morning.

 

Did you note or pay extra for expedited shipping? And the correlation between them shipping usps and the time it took you to get it is not their fault, usps fault. Just make sure to note in the notes area please dont ship usps and im sure they will make the extra effort to ship your requested method.

 

Ordered from them about a week ago. It only took a few days to get my item, but I'm close. No complaints here.

 

I ordered parts last week and received them in 1-2 days tops if they have it in stock.

 

I paid extra for UPS shipping, after talking with them they are having problems with USPS off and on. The west coast guys seem to get their stuff before the east coast guys thanks to them. All in all they fixed the error and my part arrived today and the tuning process starts
