AMS Customer Service
I just wanted to write a small review about AMS and their customer service.
I bought an AMS F1-I off their website Tuesday morning and had the tracking number later that afternoon. I checked the tracking again the next day on Wednesday and it was already out for delivery! Of course it was signature required (a must with high dollar items). Unfortunately no one was going to be home, so I called AMS to see if they could have UPS hold it at a fedex location so I could pick up after work that day. The gentlemen on the phone took care of it in 2 minutes and I was able to pick it up after work
Today I went to install it, and unfortunately the custom dipstick they include was not lining up properly with the intake manifold. I emailed them and Larry @ AMS responded back within minutes and said that he just tested fitted another one on a motor that fit great and is going to over night it today so I have it tomorrow.
