So I realized earlier this week that I was due for an oil change, and was looking to find an OEM filter / washer. With recent posts concerning Mitsubishiparts and unsatisfied customers, I looked to the forums to see what vendors might have the parts. I came across STM Tuned and decided to give them a call. I don't remember who I spoke with but I let them know I wanted the parts in by the weekend and after placing the order on Tuesday, my package arrived yesterday (Thursday).

I wish my transactions were that painless. I just got my radiator cover this week that I ordered in the beginning of August. Now I'm waiting on my radiator mount and EGR block off plate and God only knows when they'll come in.

We shipped your original cover out soon after it was ordered, but USPS damaged it. There was no insurance on your package, and USPS doesn't have any default coverage( which is why we had you toss the box and damaged panel ) , but we sent you out another one at no charge to you. I also talked to you on AIM and you said it was fine that we shipped the second radiator shroud with the 2nd order you placed with us that recently shipped.

The EGRs will not take long. We have the plates here, we are just waiting on bolts to get machined for them.

The Radiator Bracket I mentioned would be at least a few weeks on finishing machining coating and you seemed fine with it.

We are shipping them separate at no charge to you, but if you do not want to wait, we can refund you for them
