I just wanted to thank Dan for the positive shopping experience and great customer support I had with AssaulTech. I was able to contact him directly by using the live chat function on the Assaultech website, and he was prompt with his responses and friendly. He pulled some strings to price-match all of my requests and kept me notified as tracking numbers came through. One of the parts I ordered came in two days after the order was placed. There was a mixup with some tracking numbers for another package coming from the west coast, but Dan seemed cool with me badgering him everyday about them.

All in all I got my packages on time, Dan made himself available for constant contact and was very transparent with me, and I would definitely recommend hitting him up if you need anything.
