So, i dealt with Jason from Kaizen tuning and i just can't get over how extremely friendly and personal he was. from the second the first message til the arrival of my Tomei Turbo back. I originally emailed him in the beginning of October and asked about making a purchase and he had told me that they were waiting for the shipment from Tomei japan that would arrive later in October, fair enough. He had also told me he would contact me when the parts arrived, which, of course he did!
After quiet a few messages of us shooting the **** back and forth he finally came to me with the awesome news! THE PARTS WHERE IN AND HE WOULD BE SHIPPING THAT DAY! Not only did he get me an awesome price for all 3 pieces, but he was also just very friendly and very patient with my constant nagging about the parts coming in! He also even took it a step further, he had noticed my interest in Kaizen tuning's new Motor build program and took the time to personally send me a private message inviting me to the shop for them to build my motor for me. He even took the time to talk to me about something as simple as the o2 Sensor threads being ****ed and the adapter i needed to install because the car had thrown some codes on the cluster. I'm also currently in the process of getting some more parts priced out with Jason.

To anyone else, this might be some stupid supporting facts for why i believe Jason and Kaizen Tuning are hands down one of the friendliest in the biz, but to me, something as small as suggesting a different set up or suggesting a route to go with my build really makes J and Kaizen tuning stand out!

Thumbs up for Jason here as well. I brought a 3.5" Intake from Kaizen and was looking for a replacement filter. Shipping parts to Canada are expensive. Jason was nice enough to tell me the filter part number so that I can find it at any local part store and avoid the crazy shipping cost. Thanks again
