Well I ordered a Flossy shift knob 2 weeks ago. After I placed the order I read all the threads on the bad customer service and shipping time frame. I was a little worried after reading but decided to wait a couple days before filing a paypal complaint.

I guess I got the good end of the company because I had the custom engraving done which says takes 10-14 business days to have done before shipping out. The knob shipped out 2 days later and took me 2 weeks to receive since I had it shipped out to afghanistan.

The feel of the knob feels amazing and at 540grams (1.2lbs) its pretty heavy I cant wait to put it to work on the car and feel how much smoother it will feel with the throws. Hopefully they turned their company around because it is an amazing product, now on to the pics

 

I want to order a flossy shift knob but i've tried to contact them several times! I went through fb, their website etc. I've yet to hear anything back. I don't even want a custom one! Do you by chance have a phone number for them?

 

I do not. I tried finding one just in case they didn't contact me. You have to option to pay with CC or use paypal. I always use paypal, and just in case I needed to file a claim and get my money back.

 

I have a flossy shft knob and it took me 2 months to get it and it was impossible to contact them! I had to go to iwsti to create an account and I pm the guy saying that I was insterested in a shift knob and he answeared right away, but I caught im off guard and told him right there about what was going on. none the less the shift knob is fantastic too bad the service is on the ****ter!
