I have always been pleased with the service I get from MAP performance and their fair prices. I have had my 2005 evo for 8 years, and the 120k service is here. I have spent a few thousand dollars at MAP over the time I have had my car, and they continue to be one of the places I trust with my business. I will be spending a few thousand more there in the future for sure.

I have never shopped at rockauto, but was pleasantly surprised, as they shipped everything fast and correctly the first time. I would recommend them both in a heartbeat for any parts.

these are what I purchased, from MAP:

- MAP timing kit w/ gates waterpump ( the quality on the gates pump far exceeded my expectations).
- silicone radiator hoses ( skunk was backordered, so they sent me some mishimotos, and refunded the difference.)
- diaqueen trans fluid, and diaqueen lsd fluid.

this is what was purchased from rockauto:

- gates racing drivebelt, tensioner and pulleys
- denso front and rear o2 sensors
- denso plug wires and boots
- ngk iridium IGR7A-G plugs
- thermostat
- radiator cap
- timing kit gaskets, valve cover gaskets, fuel o-ring gaskets, oil plug gasket, and exhaust donut.
