I'm not sure what you mean by 'good'.
Magged means they've been magnafluxed. This is a process to check for cracks. None of these cranks are cracked.
They have also been Mic'd. This means the journals' diameter has been measured. These cranks are all standard and just need to be polished and final washed prior to assembly.
