XMAP v.3 will require different maps so your old custom tuned files will not longer be useable. Of course, we developed a little file conversion wizard that updates xmap v2 map files into xmap v3 map files Check it out under "Set-up". You won't be able to do it unless your XEDE has been updated with the v3 firmware (still undergoing final testing).
