My 1+ trapped 110MPH on Pump Gas

The 1/4 time sucked... 13.0 sec with a 2.0 sec 60'. I was rolling out like I would on the street, not attempting a launch at all. My clutch is on it's last leg and I can't install my Cusco Twin for another 2 weeks. Just wondering if you guys think that is a typical MPH for a 1+ car on pump...

Question for all the 1/4 milers ... where do you guys shift? Redline, or earlier? It would seem to me that with the Evo stock turbo's typical torque hump between 3500-6000 rpm you would want to shift at 6K, not later, or as an alternative taking 3rd all the way to redline (~7600) and then shifting straight into 5th. Any thoughts?

thanks Terry...

When I was 0+ I shifted at ~6500RPMs and trapped at 107MPH... I've only gotten 2 runs in with my 1+ (272's)...

I shifted at 7500 and trapped 109.3...

I shifted at 7000 and trapped 109.9....

I may try 6500 again next time I go to the track, but I only got 2 runs in since I've had my 1+ installed. And I definately won't make it back until my clutch is in. I'm also swapping my B&B for a Helix catback, so I may pick up a few HP in the upper rev range with the straight through design of the Helix netting better speeds.
