Am I the only one running MBC instead of XEDE to control boost?

Well guys, I know the XEDE has the boost control feature, but I just got my XEDE put in Saturday night at The dyno days. I did not have any of the stock stuff with me so I am still currently running the Halman Pro RX MBC to control my boost. I think the XEDE controlling boost is really kool, but how good does it control?? My hallman seems to do excellent, the only reason I havent rushed and hooked up the XEDE boost control is because ive looked at it, and it looks confusing to me. I wish i could just type in 22-23psi in the boxes and then id be set.

If it's running well don't mess with it! Having the Xede control your boost would be ideal, but you have to do all that wire splicing and such. I wish Vishnu made a real plug & play( like the UTEC ) harness, but such is life. I am seriously considering the Xede but I will not be splicing and dicing so I'm glad to know that some are using other forms of boost control and running well...

No splicing you just depin the boost wire its easily removable and retrofitted also the major advantage is RPM dependant boost control meaning we can prescribe a boost level were the turbo efficiency is higher depending on RPM the MBC only "Finds" a peak boost level. Leaving ALOT of midrange power and Torque on the table with a MBC

well since I have already been custom tuned by Shiv with my MBC making 291whp on 23psi peak, is there anyway you can help explain how to maybe make it possible to get around the same boost level using the XEDE form of boost control.

ask Andrew he can help. I think that the xede boost is better than the mbc. sell it and put the money on other mods.
