Custom Tune and Boost Too High

When Shiv did a custom tune on my Xede equipped car he set the boost map to 100 in all cells. While the inlet temperature was over 100F at the time, as you would imagine now the boost at mid-RPMs is too high. That said, for a stage 1 car what mid-RPM boost target should I be tuning for?

For 91 octane boost target s/b 21 psi peak and taper down to 18 psi at redline. One ore two psi if u r using 93 octane fuel.

just have a question relating to this problem..I gathered quite a few opinions that state with a MBC in high boost situations, you should place the T between the manifold post tb and the BOV. The reason being is this would give you the exact boost at the manifold.. In higher boost applications you would have more variance between the turbo and the intake manifold resulting in inconsistant boosting... but if your tapping of this signal it would be pinpoint accurate and never spike.. any opinions on this?
