Are there any aftermarket diffential gearsets that are available for the evo8? My end goal is to reduce highway cruising rpm. Any help or pointing in the right direction wuold be appreciated. Thanks.

 

In order to reduce your highway cruising rpm, you will have to change the final drive from 4.5x to something lower, like 4.11 In order to do this, you have to take the gearbox apart and change the mainshaft. I believe Sheperd Racing offers rebuilds to this effect.

Seems like a lot of work for a little gas mileage, though. :-)
