Hey i just moved my evo up to a stage 1 with the new camshafts and gears. about 2 days after it was done i have been having constant po340 and po335(Camshaft and crankshaft position sensor circuit malfunctions). the installers told me something about going into the xede and fixing it and also said he knew of a few evos having similar problems. i know random misfiring is very common but i dont have that one, at least yet. i am now running a base map and still having problems. any input?

 

Try removing the XEDE and see if the problem is still there. No harm running around without it. it'll just be a slower. Narrowing down the possibilites will help get to the bottom of it...

thanks. but have you ever heard of these codes being common? also i sent in my xede to have the ferm ware installed and you guys also installed the version3 to it. but when i tried to use version 3 it said its not installed. i got it back from you guys about 2 weeks ago.
