I hate to jump in here, but this guy has a point about how you guys respond(or don't) to potential customers. When I got my Evo in November I had called twice. Once I spoke to someone who told me I would get a call back, never happened, and I also left a message and never got a return call. I was going to go with all Vishnu products but had to choose another route because I could not get the info I needed to make the purchases. I've now sunk over $5000 into the car that I would have spent with your company

If this is so important that you need to bump the thread every 30 minutes, why don't you use the phone and call them.

Besides is it not correct that Vishnu did not charge them for the first piece either. If that really is the case, I don't see why they should be held responsible. I'm stating this based on what i've read here so if that's not correct that please let us know

As for me, i've never had a problem with those guys. they've gone way beyond any tuner i've dealt with and helped me out...so i can't ask for any more.

fer real CALL THEM...20 bux says you spend more time waiting for a stupid reply on this forum than you have on the fone. looking at my aim list, all the vishnu guys are idle and not even on the forums, they run a business which entails more than looking a piddly little website. jesus christ...

What replacement? Thats what you dont understand, there IS NO REPLACEMENT. There are three of the tanks like that in existence. That is all that was ever made thats the problem. When we opened the raggedy box padded with crumpled up cardboard and plastic and rimnents of boxes from the other stuff we shipped and we knew things didnt look good of ever getting this tank together. Multiple $30+ AN fittings, connectors, the silkscreened aluminum rippled and a nice little crack in the tank.

Now Jeff as it has been explained to you before none of this is new. I am also disgusted by your conduct coming on here multiple times crying foul about our customer service. The "Squeeky Wheel" position you choose to play doesnt sit well with me when you have been given a choice.

To reiterate the Tuner Transformation tank will never be made agian. Period. If you want it I will be happy to ship it to you to do what you will with it. Or you can wait till the new race legal tanks are shipping (after the pre orders are filled) and BUY that one for cost. As you might not understand we are not sinking anymore money into your car, despite the graciousness its simply a bad business decision to do so.

Now for the people besides Jeff that might read this and feel it harsh Im sorry but thats what happens when you are forced to aire dirty laundry in public. Plain and simple we were asked to "Come up with something" for the show (with us having latitude to provide parts as we wished) it was to be delivered and installed then Shiv to fly in to tune. All went as planned except for the inability to figure out the tank install. So now we are in a position of seeing posts like this having to pay attention to a third party person in a position of defacto customer when in fact we modded a faceless car on a TV show

wow look at this guy.. he got FREE PARTS. FREE. HOW THE HELL CAN U COMPLAIN ABOUT FREE PARTS.. i saw the tt episode. you got hella free ****. stage1+ and alot of other stuff u might appreciate if u tracked your car. those black things behind ur rims are top of teh line stoptech brakes.. they cost arround 2500 and are teh exact same brakes that are on the vishnu race car. The underbody diffuser is a must at top speed... if u have ever DRIVEN ur evo past 150 ull notice it is very uinstable.. the underbody tray helps this tremendously. the fuel tank is amazing.. its not vishnu's fault that the tt guys dont know how to install it.. wherein does ur problem lie? HOW CAN U BLAME VISHNU FOR A TANK THAT THEY DIDNT MESS UP. THINK ABOUT WHAT UR SAYING as ur not makin sense. plz stop crying about free things.. ur not a customer.. u didnt BUY anything from them.
