yeah i found that out after buying mine from forced performance and i'm local to them so i had to pay taxes. then i changed my plans and don't think i'll need it anymore.

How much does vishnu ask to install the 10.5 turbine housing? I need that installed with cam gears and a custom dyno tune and havent heard anything back on price.

 

That hotside is a beotch to install. I'm guessing, but probably around 400 bucks. The gears and the tune should be around 350 total. But of course, I don't work there. I'm just giveng a ballpark guesstimate.

 

yeah those prices are about right. the hotside is a pain to install ive seen jesse (brandon) do many hotside installs. about 400-500 i think is the going rate. but what a deal.. the torque you get from that is nasty. YAYYY!!!i finally have a hotside!!!!

 

i just want to make sure im talking about the same part here. I already have the helix 02 housing. The picture on dyno4mance of the hotside looks like an 02 housing. Is a hotside and 02 housing or is it the turbine housing? Gruppe-S charged me about 350 to install my turbo back.

This is the setup im thinking of..jet coated manifold, hondata gasket, larger turbine housing, TME ti turbo, and I already have 02 housing, AMS IC piping, Cam gears ( not installed), MBC.. sound good or should i go a different route? I dont plan on running cams for drivability and emission reasons.

I also noticed that the MR is running different wastegate for more midrange power. Should this be upgraded while doing the 10.5 housing???
