Where to find 05 xede maps on vishnu sites.

Shiv/ vishnu performance,

Would you please put some stage upgrades maps on your new website for people with 05 models

BTW: how does the stage 0 with downpipe and hiflow compare to the old stage zero with catback?

thanks,

Oh were just evil people I tell you. email shiv@vishnutuning.com he might give you one. You know we actually like to have a big number of cars under different driving, octane, and temps before we just send 'em out, ya know. So I guess the customer support is actually in the QUALITY of mapping not just who can post a mediocre map first

David, the many times I spoke with you on the phone you were always professional and pleasant. I am sure you did not mean it and excuse me for saying this, but sarcasm and arrogance when dealing with customers is not something that represents a thoughtful, customer oriented business. You should understand there are many of us who have payed out a considerable sum of money and purchased the Xede unit for a 05' GSR and we are just looking for maps that I assume should be part of the purchase price and commitment to service from Vishnu. The thing that blows my mind is that a significant percentage of the buyers for your products are reading these posts all the time. I can't imagine why anyone from Vishnu including the owner would want to be anything but professional and helpful in all communications with any customers or potential customers.

To come to vishnu's defense a little....
Recently just purchasing one of their products and i did have some issues with contact... but not to bad.

Fact of the matter is i got my product within a week of when they said to expect it. Customer service afterwards was average... not great. You know, non returned messages, non returned emails...... But fact are within 2 weeks of after i purchased the product, i had all questions answered.

Classic problems of a new business that is boomin.. i mean have you seen what all these guys have been doing lately.. theyve been really working gigs that im sure have take a ton of their time and im bettin that getting all the bugs worked out of the web site is lower on the priority list right now.

Only advise to the company... dont lose site of of what will make your company continue to grow..... and thats the customer.

Hope you continue to grow... great products!!

Agreed I fully understand your point, however one thing stands- for better or worse Shiv Will Not send, post or distribute maps he doesnt feel that he has tested enough to send across the country with temp differences of 60-70 degrees. So I agree with you but I think the reason you guys employ us is for our expertise in mapping. Its always a catch-22

Thanks for your support, and I agree. Thanks to all the new customers and faithful old we recently arranged for a Phone/Tech only center away from the main shop (which is chaos in and of itself) to just focus on customer support, we hired another employee and added another line. We will just keep doing that till the vast majorty of calls can be answered and not going to VM. So on that end we will continue to do what we can and what you all demand. On the other end is the products which is what we feel our strongpoint and confidently leave that to Shiv.

yea... david...
# 1 thing in business is to have a quality product.
If you have crap, and your customer service is perfect... you will not last.

But if your quality is perfect and your customer service is average, then the customer will put up with the little things and continue purchasing the product.

I think you have your priorities straight.

David, yes I agree we do buy the Vishnu product and service because of your expertise in mapping, but the maps are nothing without the hardware. Since you don't sell the maps your revenue is from the Xede and in my view they go hand in hand (hardware and software). I am certainly glad Vishnu wants to test the maps before posting them, but in my opinion that is what is supposed to be done before you charge someone for an Xede meant to be installed in an 05 Evo. My $900 Xede is useless without additional maps. Yes, I did have the base map installed before it was sent to me, but now I have other mods with no maps to support them. I guess my issue is paying a lot of money and hoping one day I will have maps for my 05 other than the base map. I am happy to hear about the stand alone customer service Vishnu is investing in, that shows a commitment to sevice. Keep up the continuous improvement.

Exactly, what map are you looking for?

I know shiv has posted just about every map he has tuned for the 05s, as well as dyno results.
