Ok guys We have a humble request, whether from past experience, a bad rap, or justified anxiety, we are requesting a bit of help in the structural process of things.
-Some of you might know we have made some good changes to the sales, technical, help office. We have added more lines and more people to man them. However there is a huge amount of calls that could be handled a much different and more efficient way.
1. Shipping and order status - Nick heads this and is the only one that knows were your package is, your tracking # ect. Please email nick@vishnutuning.com or shipping@vishnutuning.com . Shipping still isnt 100% but is tons better than were we were 6 months ago. If something still isnt to your liking please email shiv@vishnutuning.com - and please be rational and adult with this not its been 21 hours and nick hasnt emailed me back.
2. ECU flashing/Xede flashing/Warrenty/ "Did ya get it" - Dustin is in charge of sorting, flashing ect and works alongside Shiv in this. Thus it is particularly important to email dustin@vishnutuning.com because the recieving and flashing of ecus ect are done 10 miles away in the old dyno/ R&D center. If this isnt to your liking please email shiv@vishnutuning.com - and please be rational and adult with this not its been 21 hours and dustin hasnt emailed me back.

I'd suggest making this post a sticky here in the forum and giving it a more meaningful title ... perhaps something like "Need Order Status? Check here..."
