Can Base Idle Set Screw adjustment cause decel noise?

My car has always been somewhat stall prone, even when stock. AC on in hot weather in stop and go traffic = wants to stall. The addition of a really stiff BOV and cams only made this tendency a bit worse.

So, we turned up the BISS (base idle set screw) to 1800rpms at idle. Yes, 1800. The ECU immediately started readjusting my idle back down to 900. Still, this seemed to help somewhat with stalling issues, but may have had some unintended consequences:

Snce doing this, I have noticed my idle up-floating between shifts, and louder deceleration noise. Do you think the BISS is the culprit of my decel noise and floating idle? I noticed some really cool features on v.3 regarding decel control and idle settings. Is help on the way?

Stall prone. You used to brag about how much better your car Idled compared to my prehistoric 1+ days before the Idle fix. With the right spring or BOV your idle is money. Your race setting is a lil stall prone but Tom you can't have a hot chick and expect low maintenance.
