Custom map need to be altered with new turbo?

I have a v390/Stage 1+ kit and am getting tuned by Shiv later this month in Dallas. Will his custom XEDE map need to be significantly altered if I add a TME turbo (TD05HRA-16G6-10.5t) later? I'm trying to get hold of one before the tune, but its not looking good.

I would mind the boost and not do any track days

Yeah I heard the boost table would have to be scaled, but would it be fine otherwise?
