Reminder: I love my car

I haven't had much positive to say about my car for the past 6+ months because it was suffering from a nasty exhaust leak which ultimately turned out to be due to an overzealously jet hot-coated aftermarket O2 housing whose grainy flanges would just not seal. Driving my car for more than 15 minutes at a time would literally make me dizzy but due to work and family commitments I just did not have time to resolve the issue properly despite multiple attempts.

Well this past week I finally had the chance to fix this issue and man did I miss this car, wow.

I also had the opportunity to put back on my JDM MR DV and say good riddance to the Forge which, coupled with my bored-out throttle body, had made the car very hard not to upset when modulating the throttle. The buck sucked but now it is a much smoother one bra.

Also had a chance to put on a few interesting parts that had been sitting around for some time waiting for an install window. After this round of mods, my car is running parts from Vishnu, Works, and Buschur Racing and they seem to be getting along so I think there might be hope for the greater tuning community.

Thanks to alex_alex, smogrunner, everyone at Vishnu, and numerous others for listening to me ***** and moan about my monoxo-ride since last September. Back in business!

Evan,
Do me a favor and POST MORE. Your car is awesome but we don't here about it enough.

Thanks for the props. I have a story for you but it will have to be through AOL.

Glad to hear everything's back to normal!

As for my leak, i guess part of it was phsychological. After the actual leak was fixed (aftermarket o2 housing), i still felt like i had a leak. Brought it into the dealership, and they checked and checked and said there was no leak anymore. I told them to change the gasket anyways, and if there was a leak, that they should cover it, but if there wasn't, i would cover it. Turns out they were right and i was wrong so i just paid a bit of money to have that peace of mind again. But all said and done, i'm glad im not dying of carbon monoxide poisoning. F*CK YA!

I'm in the same boat. Please list parts.
