Unhappy P0134 + P0171 problem

I finally got my hands on a OBDII scanner while we were doing some installs yesterday. I had been pulling a code for some time after installing a turbo back with highflow cat + o2 housing, and lower ic pipe, boost controler (19psi) and GFB bov (set at full recirculate). When we scanned the codes there was a series of p0171 PD, P0171, P0134 PD and P0134 codes. P0171 (System too Lean) and a P0134 (Heated Oxygen Sensor No Activity Detected). We cleared the codes and went around the block after the cam gear(set to 0,0), fuel pressure regulator ( 48psi), and walbro install keeping boost under .4 bar.. both codes pulled again. They pulled again on the way home.. each time it seems the pull while im cruising on the highway. The P0134 occured cruising in 5th at 2700. Maybe its just in my head now knowing that those codes are coming up.. but im afraid to push the car at all. Im driving like grandma around town!

Im in desperate need of a tune and some evo expertise... I would like to get up to the vishnu shop asap.. It seems like this could be a fried 02 sensor.. can all this be fixed at the shop while i get the tune? Im wondering if there is anything I can do in the meantime to prevent my engine from blowing up.. I have the boost turned down. Is their a recommended baseline setting for the FPR with my mods?

I can come in as early as monday (tommorow) if that is possible.
