Well after getting tuned by Shiv in Dallas, my car has been rocking along but two weekends ago I had a new manifold installed as well as getting my cat removed for a delete pipe. I was the guy who had the fried coil, well i went ahead and replaced that coil, new sparkplugs, have not replaced the wires on the power coils (i should do that just in case) and again I only replaced the coil that was obviously burnt out and fried due to me installing the HKS DLI II (yeah i am a moron should have researched more on it and talked it over with Shiv or any of you guys) instead of replacing both like some people had suggested. Now my problem is after that install this weekend my turbo seems to cut out at higher rpms, when i hit the 6 -7000, (close to redline) my turbo psi is back down to 0 and I do feel the engine working harder, before my Turbo use to be constant while accelerating now if i want the turbo to kick in in the higher rpms, i really have to floor it......any ideas from anyone what this could be? if you need any more info i would be happy to give anything you all think you might need to help me troubleshoot this. I just want my Evo to be an all around beast again.
