Here's my 92 and 100 maps. Per my other post, I can't seem to show the boost (unknown) table on my 100 map. So how do they look?

92 here (3)

100 below here (2):

Thanks!

Youll probably only see a 20-30whp difference. Do you have a cat?

Also, your 92 octane ign map looks like its pulling a lot of timing. What 92 did you fill up on? I dynoed on chevron blue 92 and am able to get away with only 2-3 degrees pulled on the top end.

If your ever down around the Auburn or Black Diamond area (or if you live close by) go to Cenex and fill up on 94 octane. Slap on a base 94 map and you'll feel a nice difference from even your tuned map. However if the trip isnt worth, it don't bother....

HF cat (Helix).

Was (and always use) Shell 92. I agree that my timing map looks a lot lower, compared to the "how to make a racegas map..." thread low octane map.

There is a Chevron nearby. Does it seem odd that on my map, it has -5.3 @ 6000 but -4.5 at 7000? No knowing any better, seems that the trend is to pull more timing as rpm increases, then all of the sudden the map does less so? Sure wish I could get a Shiv class and learn all about this!

I was thinking about trying out Donour's datalogging program, does it report on knock? I could try it with both Shell and Chevron.

THANKS!

It logs knock attenuate state (0/1), just the same as XMap3. While there is no builtin facility to view this realtime (I should add it now that I'm thinking about it), you can manually watch the log file if you require immediate notification of knock state.

The reason you see less knock up high is because your knock was probably reduced to an amount where it didn't need to pull anymore timing and was giving some back.
