I purchased an Xede used, it was on an '02.

Will it work on an '04?
Do I need the Passive Boost Solenoid Emulator?




Hopefully it will out-perform my Cobb stage 2 (Accessport).

I've been told that the Xede will not work with an '04 WRX. Apparantly there is something "tricky" about the way it does the open<-->closed loop transitions. I'm still looking for the details myself. According to dustin, the only current solution is to reflash your ECU to '02 spec then attach the Xede.

if you have to sell it in favor of the Ecutek reflash, you will still get the power.
