will it be okay...if i have greddy evo2, test pipe, k&n drop in filter, and boost controller installed while i wait for xede?

i have s-afc 2...and i want to get rid of it already and sell it!!! i might remove the boost controller tomorrow, so will it be okay if i run the car just with the cat back, test pipe, and k&n filter?
