I apologize if this is a repeated post, Im a newbie with XEDE, but im sure someone can help me out. I live in hawaii and we only have 92 octane. Ive only seen 91, 93, and 100 octane maps. Can i still use XEDE and run a 91 or 93 map.

You'd probably want to err. on the side of safety and stick with the 91 map. I dont know enough about tuning to tell you what might go on if you run the 93 so maybe someone else can dial in.

 

Certainly, running the 91 octane maps will be safe. The extra octane point only makes the car less resistant to knock and thus safer. If you're using SMART, it might not even matter that much as SMART should be pretty good at picking up that little bit of timing.
