Prob after XEDE install

K mods are in sig. I have the 330 map loaded up and well when I get into the 17-20 boost range in 2nd and 3rd gear the engine sputters and makes like a ticking wind sound,(only description I could think of) doesn't do it in 4th gear or 5th though. Think it's blowing my spark? I haven't checked the plugs yet, and don't know what the previous owner had done before he returned it to stock. What else could it possibly be? What is the stock gap on the plugs and should I shorten it or not?

Not sure what to make of the "ticking wind sound" Could you elaborate? Also, does the car throw any codes or drive funny off of boost?

Nope it runs completely fine up until I build around 17-20 psi in 2nd or 3rd, it then hesitates for just a lil bit and then keeps going. Weird huh, no problems in 4th or 5th though

Check the vacuum hose that attaches to the FPR. Make sure it is still attached.

Just wanted to state real quick how incredibly awesome the XEDE is, my first victim with it was an 03 Mustang Cobra with my minimal mods and the xede set to the 330 map. Absolutely awesome, much respect to Shiv and Vishnu as a whole for such an amazing product and support.
