I didn't have time this weekend to pay attention to this ****fest that happened, but whoever the imposters were now have IP ranges banned, and posted publicly. That problem has been handled to the fullest extent within my power, and they sure as hell won't be back on my site.

Along with that issue, it seems that a lot of NW guys do hate on Vishnu but that is their opinions and it is really immature on both sides of the field. One side is hating on Vishnu, and then Shiv is calling up my members and staff threating to sue them and having background checks ran on them.

Not cool, on everyones part. Lets all stop swinging our dicks around for a few minutes and have some mutual respect for auto enthusasts and the community at large. We do not need to be fighting amongst ourselves.

Who am I you say? I am Matthew Poppoff, I just want to get this out in the clear about something for me personally. Anything I've stated about Shiv or his corporation in general has been a personal opinion, Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, this thread directing my perspective at one of them. I still stand by the 1st amendment when saying this. Nothing I have ever said in the past nor through the present can be considered factual information. Take what you want from it. We all know we do it. I am saying this at my own personal will just because I know this has gotten out of hand. I have not had the time over the past 3 days (where the views on this thread have tripled) to comprehend all of the information of everything going on. I myself would have made an effort to correct the issue given more time. As far as what I think about Vishnu Tuning as a business is completely personal, I do not recomend to stay away from them, nor do I recomend to take your business to them. The feeling is completely nuetural. I am not a Vishnu customer myself, Nor have I ever been in a personal situation with Vishnu. This being said I hope that others will understand posts maybe I have made in the past cannot be referenced to factual information due to us not knowing "the real shiv"



As far as whats going on considering the folks that may have seen this thread already, maybe this will clear it up a bit. The member "shiv@vishnu" Registered on our board on it looks like the 30th of September, Under the email address "blah@blah.com" Obviously not a valid email address, but The administration here at ****** do not require you to have a valid Email address to register on our board. That member named registered under an IP of "224.167.169.15" which i did an IP lookup myself on the location check with the results of "4676 Admirality Way Suite 330, del Rey, CA 90292" Honestly whoever that remains to be, will not be seeing our board again, as i have banned the whole IP range. Now the REAL "shiv" which registered on our board looks like on the 1st of october. I banned imeediately as the looks like it was an imposter from another board, Not looking into it very much, but I came out to see that it was actually Shiv as I tracked his IP to his current location in california, And noticed he registered with a valid email address. And I have talked personally with Shiv veryifying it's validity.



With all of this being said, Us here at ****** does not condone any type of conversation validity on anything that has been posted here reguarding Shiv, we have no way of Identifying any truth in any of the posts that were made in this thread. Nor do we condone any for the future. What was once posted on here is done and done, Whats said has been said but as far as your knowledge is concerned, none of the information that was in this thread was valid or confirmed exept for the fact that we know it was not the real Shiv. As far as the beginning conflict, My understanding from Shiv is that they are in contact with the certain member that had problems with his exhaust and are/or actively seeking a resolution.
