Putting the Cat back on: is this ok?
The car is tuned with S.M.A.R.T. with the cat off (its a stage 1++). is putting the cat back on going to interfere with the tune at all? Is this safe for me to do?
I would like to know some more specifics if anyone knows.
Like if you are tuned for less back pressure in your exhaust (full TBE) and then you add significantly more back pressure ( like stock cat or muffler) could you cause detonation?
