Can you post up both maps here? I've never seen a race gas map make less power/go slower than a pump gas map. So it would be nice to see what is happening...

Sure...

See attached...

2 Files zipped together.

"SMART93octLCAggressiveFuelOnly"

I used my custom tuned 93 map and your smart template to create this map. I changed the template to use your more agressive fuel values for our 93 octane fuel in NJ. I richened the SMART Fuel table in the midrange since my cam settings seem to spool my turbo pretty quick and I was going a little lean there. I also got rid of the SMART ability to add timing since I have a bad C-reader and I throw wild P0300s with positive timing offsets.

"SMART100octLC"

This is my custom tuned 100 octane values thrown into your race gas template and no + timing ability for SMART. No other changes.

Ive never been to the track before, but I feel like even with my stock clutch I can probably still run a descent time, even though I cant launch it too hard. Definitely let me know what day, so I can take off from work.

I don't rememeber what your 1++ ran smog, I thought it was 11.8's?

We'll see. Next time I'm at the track (might be next week, lol) I am going to put some race gas in, dial the boost up a little and timing up a little. Not as aggressive as my race map, but more so than my pump map, and we'll see what happens.

Nope 11.94 at 114.97. Lets see what Shiv makes of your race map issue. There are getting to be quite a few 1+ or 1++ folks achieving trap speeds that among the best recorded out there for 16g turboed cars.

Question: who has 115 or better on the the 16g?
Me (close enough) 115
Superhatch 116
Gsujeff (sp?) 117

Yeah, traction was an issue last night, the cold conditions made it tough. I run full street tire pressure too, if I can't do it on the street, there's no point doing it at all...
