Have you tried removing the cat again to see how it runs.

Have not removed the cat again (the test pipe is pretty much being relegated to track use only ... to damn loud, otherwise). I did manage to install the new sensor last night and initially calibrated it with my LM-1 ... though now I'm being told that I need to calibrate it with the LC-1, which, in retrospect, makes perfect sense ... dunno what I was thinking. So hopefully tonight I can find some time to calibrate and do some test runs.

I plan on logging with both XMAP and Logworks...

The car will also be back at AMS sometime in the next few weeks for some more R&D work and some troubleshooting. So we'll see how it does on the dyno at that time.
