He needs an adjustment on the clutch. Mine runs fine with the same set-up; up to 7850, no issues. Got to be careful about starting internet rumors. That clutch is pretty amazing...

Yeah, it should be pretty close to a race gas tune...

Jay I had it on my car before Doomsday but never got a chance to see how it shifts in the upper Rpms. However, the "Street King" is not the only one that has experienced this problem with the RPS Carbon Carbon and I will leave it at that.

im not trying to start rumors but ive heard it before from a few people. near 8k i have an issue with shift lockout. maybe its just my clutch but it kinda pisses me off as i fall off boost. iv tried with stock clutches and exedy twin plates and i was able to no lift shift much easier than with my rps. dont get me wrong it holds great and the pedal feel os nice but im just not able to shift quickly with it. maybe i just suck?

21-22psi is pretty conservative. But he already has a race gas map to make the big hp numbers. No need to push things hard on the pump gas map.

You still running stock front mount intercooler and pipes? Any engine bay pics? No problem with intercooler pipes blowing off? I see you 280 cams. Hows the idle with the xede? Good Job!!!

I personally take a C5 Z06 any day, no doubt in my mind. The Z06 was indeed a race breed car

on a road course the c5 z06 would obviously be quicker but as far as raw acceleration the c6 z06 and the c5 base are very close. engine bay looks 100% stock other than my lightweight battery. stock heatshield on the stock manifold, stock air box, stock fmic. the only visible mod is 1/2 of my tial wastegate which is a dark color so its very very hard to see. ive been pulled over with this setup and the cop wanted to give me a ticket for being modified and i cahllenged him to find an illegal modification under my hood. As soon as i said "everything is stock, i dont even have an intake on the car as i heard they were illegal"
he then said he was just checking because alot of these cars are modified illegaly and he let me go.

Little did he know that he just pulled over the "Infamous Street King". He would of got promoted to Captain for that bust. I am sure your antics have been mentioned in several of their duty briefings.
