Boosting problem (Loss of XFlash?)

Shiv, I got one of your base Xflashes early last year. Well the problem is that for some unknown reason, it seems like the car has reverted back to its base program. its no longer holding 21.5 to 19 pounds of boost at redline. Instead its holding 19-20 back to 16.5 fast like stock. I was looking around and I did not find loose hoses or vacume lines.

The only thing that has happend with the system recently was I had a shop reset the P300 code my car comes up with every now and then. That was a few days ago and I have not noticed it until today. I tired a hard reset on my ECU (Disconect the battery) but that did not bring it back. I though also possible bad gas as I was at the end of the tank. Just put in some fresh 91 from 76 but that did not help. Anyway, I was wondering if you ever came upon this before?

Did they reflash the ecu? Nothing will revert the program back to stock, except an ecu reflash. If the ecu was not reflashed, then I would start looking VERY closely at all of your boost lines, and also your BOV. It is uncommon, but we have seen the boost lines crack, which results in a loss of wastegate pressure.

Well I will check the lines again. Right now I am running an MR Diverter. Did not see any issue with the pipes. But I will disasemble it and look. At the moment they did not reflash the ECU since it was a standard shop and not the dealer doing the work. But yea, I will give everything a look over again. Its strange.

Thanks!

Ok, I got the problem. Checked all the boost lines and the DV. Turns out it was my MR DV. So I changed that back to stock. I was examining the MR valve and I did not see any dirt or anything that could cause it to jam open. Well looks like I might have to return or see if I can exchange this one.

Thanks for the advice.
