well, most of the time it hits full boost but for a little while today it was only going to 1.2 bar - normally 1.5...would the emulator help in this situation?

my percentages are from 0-4500 at 91% 4500-4700 91.8 then increases to 94.1 97.6 99.2 and finally 100 at 6500 - i am just using the standard V330 map on 93 octane

What about the weather? You can always highlight and click the > or < signs to increase or decrease globally or in RPM bands such as the ones highlighted above. I wouldnt force it to boost before I triple checked hoses, clamps and BOVs for leaks. I would also do a turbosystem pressure check for leaks. Youd be suprised at the little leaks youll find even on stock setup cars.

another thing that the boost is doing sometimes is that it will go up to 1.5 bar around 4k then quickly fall to about 1.2 and slowly build back up to 1.4 near the redline - not sure if this helps figuring out the problem at all
