I ordered an Xede a month ago, and I was told 3 weeks ago it would be shipping soon.

I have tried emailing Vishnu, with no response.

I've called them, they don't answer and the answering machine is full.

I tried PM-ing Shiv, but haven't gotten a response yet.

The upsetting part isn't the delay in getting the product, which i'm used to with other companies, it's that I've already been charged for something I haven't recieved yet and with no word if it will ever be here.

I guess if they don't want to talk to me, or ship the product I paid for, I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card.

 

I've always got a response when I e-mailed sales@vishnutuning.com. Otherwise you have to keep calling, you'll get someone.

 

You in the same boat as me I ordered the smart kit about 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten yet. I need it ASAP Shiv dyno tuning @ TT this weekend.

 

I know they are one man short lately as Dustin is in Europe. But when I call, I usually just call repeatedly, during normal business hours and they always answer by the second or third call at the worst. Two weeks ago, when I called Shiv, he was sick. In the past, they never charged me until they shipped. C'mon V-guys, let's sort this out tomorrow (it is Easter Sunday today).

 

I have been getting through on the first call lately. Sean seems to be doing a good job on the phones.

 

if called a few times last week...sean is doing a good job, you just have to call a few times, and he will answer....

 

I dont have now, or ever had any trouble getting thru to them. I usually call late in the PM Cali time.

 

Hi guys,
We've been waiting on widebands for over 3 weeks now. They are supposed to show up on Monday but that remains to be seen. This is the only hold up as we have XEDEs, knock buffers and C-readers sitting here ready to go. I'm sorry for the delay but we're doing everything we can to get this systems shipped out. We don't like sitting on them any more than you don't like getting them!

Thanks for the response. I'm not trying to bash you guys, I'm just a little frustrated. Hopefully the widebands will show up Monday.

 

I hope I can get them sometimes this week for the TT dyno day on the 4/22.

 

No offense taken and we are sorry to keep you waiting. I'll report tomorrow on the status of the widebands. After we get them in, give us one day to ship out the SMART Xede kits and another 2-3 days for shipping to your doorstep

 

dont do business with them and you wont have to worry about him not answering q's about his product.

When do we not answer questions about our products? It's easter sunday and we're still online trying to support our customers.

 

I have a new LC-1 wideband for the SMART system collecting dust. If Vishnu can't get you one in time, then maybe we can work w/ Vishnu to send me yours and I will send you mine. I bought mine through Vishnu when I got SMART.

I am glad you were able to got contacted by Vishnu, I doubt Vishnu would had let you down on their customer service, I know they are reliable vendors.
