I did a search and couldn't find anything.

In all of the smart maps on Vishnu's site I couldn't find one that actually has the SMART Timing Table. Are we supposed to create this ourselves based off of the example given in the tutorial?

Follow the link and scroll down to the bottom. Download the SMART enabled map you need and fine tune it to your set up. As off-the-shelf maps, they tend to be pretty darn good.

 

The SMART Timing map is there but it is most likely off the screen. To show the map, I would first hide all the maps-->go to view maps and select the SMART Timing Map-->press F10
