Shiv was in Portland at Matrix 2 summers ago. They have a Mustang. TorqueFreaks (Portland) might be another possibility. What would be nice is if someone from a prospective shop (who's active on the boards) could arrange it all, since they get to charge for dyno time and quite likely some other services that day. It's a profitable business endeavor. My $.02

haha yeah brian is our team sponsor steve. haha.

but ReactionCT9A was referring to my buddy Dave @ JDM Imports Direct. he's got a new AWD Dynojet at his house, in the shop. (the size n cleanliness of his shop would rival most of the import shops in WA). Its nice n secluded without the bothers of regular customers getting in the way.

I've previously spoken with him about doing the dyno day with Shiv and he was all for it. Shiv actually tuned his blue evo8 at Axiom's dyno day before he got his dynojet.

Hey, if you guys want to do it in Washington, that is fine by me. I will be making quite a few trips up to BC going through WA. Dave is in which city?

WA is doable but Portland is more halfway for those coming up from central and Southern OR. Torquefreaks has a Dynojet and PDX Tuning has a Dynapack (I believe).
Matrix got rid of their dyno.

They said they weren't using it enough to justify keeping it (i.e. not making them any
$$$).

Zol... show your sponsers some love..

Axiom would love to host another dyno day with Shiv.
(Though I do hate setting up the packs )

If it's elsewhere, let us know Shiv, we have some customers we want to sent your way.

I had to pull my motor due to piston ring nibbling. I am going to hurry up and drop that back in just in time for this tuning day. I swear, a poorly done map did this to my rings.
I NEED SHIV for a quality tune.
Should have a nice stroker for him in a week. I mean, if you gotta replace those stock rings - might as well stroke it. I look at is as an opportunity to better the engine - my wife is going to kill me when she sees the cost of materials.

believ me you are not the only one in a hurry right now...im waiting for my rods to show up and then i will be yanking my motor and sending the tranny off to shep, and then hopefully i will get it all back together with my new box of full-race goodies in time for a tune

What kind of tuning will be offered? I wouldn't mind having Shiv tune my methanol, 3071r, and XEDE.

Performance Race Engineering in Portland just installed a Dyno Dynamics AWD. I don't know much about the shop though.
