Is there anyone around here in the San Diego area that is proficient with tuning on the XEDE that wouldn't mind showing someone who's not so proficient but would like to be how to efficiently go through it?

 

Here are few questions for starters, what are your mods? Do you have just the Xede or do you have the smart system too??

 

I just have the XEDE, with a test pipe and exhaust. No SMART system.

 

I would first set boost where you want it to be -- peak at 21 lbs or so and taper off. Then work on the fuel map. Once fuel is located where you want it then work on the timing table.

 

yes that's wonderful and all....but I would like it if someone was there that knew what they were doing so I didn't royally mess some **** up...I'm not real proficient with the software and would like someone to just guide me along.

 

I hear that, did you download a map from the Vishnu website yet?

yeah I'm in Cali now, and yes I've downloaded maps off the website.
