hello, i currently have the stage zero package with vishnu, the full exaust, with no cat, and the Xflash ECU. For the stage 1 plus package, will the cams and cam gears and fuel pump mess with motor, for example will i have any problems or has anyone had problems with it, like taking it to the shop because of the upgrades done to it. And is it ok to run this on the stock clutch, if i dont launch it off the line, but i do punch it on a roll at like 10 or so.... If anyone could just help me out or have any advice that would be great,

you'll be fine. what shop are you working with? i had stage 1+ for 20k miles with no problems. my stock clutch was good up until i had it replaced by choice at 20k miles 10k of which were under stage 1+. i have never to this day launched my car just under 40k miles.

 

You will be fine. I have the Stage 1+ right now ('03 Evo 8)and have had it since 15000 miles or so on the odometer. I now have 70,000 miles on the same tune. I have not replaced the clutch that came with the car (was told it was stock but u never know). It is now going out on me but its lasted this long!

what part of dallas are you in? there is a local guy named KevinD that has done lots of stuff for other north texas evo owners, but i've only had him take care of a few things for me.
