V2 Problems

V2 Problems
Xede gurus...here's what I've got:
03 Evo, 3" exhaust, HKS272s and its NC Emissions Inspection Time. Last year I was able to change the plugs, and add a little more fuel in the bottom of the map to have the car idle around low 13:1's according to the sensor on our DD Dyno. This and a zip tie around the throttle body to hold the idle up a little bit would keep the car from throwing the dreaded P0300.
I tired to do the same thing yesterday, but I cannot make any changes to the existing map? I have tried adding a TON of fuel. but the car runs no different.
I've tried Uploading the map, then burning the changes to the eeprom, but nothing happens? The XEDE is connected to the computer, and I can see engine rpms and all that good stuff?
I tried updating to V3 a few months ago, but it wouldn't work. Thats why I am using V2.
Any Ideas?
