Smile Xede Install

Just finished the Xede Install. The car scoots 2 times faster. There are a couple of install problems with instructions.

On my car, the socket size is 10mm not 12mm (to remove the bolts).
There are only 2 bolts which hold the air filter.
The harness description is in reverse order (the largest clip is on the right not left).

As a novice it took me about 30 min. to install. I had to go back and forth getting additional equipment and resolve the socket size issue. I also had to switch between a 5" extention and using the 10mm socket without. On a scale of 1 - 10 the install is a 1 in difficulty.

Thanks for the heads-up on those instruction mistakes. I'll get it taken care of asap. Glad to hear the install went easy!

I'll be posting up new beta maps next week. They are slightly more aggressive than the normal baselines and should provide even more scoot

Cheers,
Shiv

You'll also need to pull back the little plast "hook" that holds the pin in the harness. This is where you use the tiny flathead screw driver to gently lift it up. With it lifted up, you can pull back on the wire and it will come out very easiliy.
