Hi guys,
As some may already know, we've been working on our factory ECU remapping system for quite some time now. Unlike other off-the-shelf remapping systems which only have access to fuel, timing, boost limit/offset and rev limits, our reflashing system has access to just about every parameter of the EVO 8 engine control system. Including one that may be of some great interest to enthusiasts
More on that later.
For the next 2-3 weeks, we will be refining our off-the-shelf remaps for Stage Subzero, Zero, Zero+, One, One+ and, yes, Stage 2. For both 91 and 93 octane fuels.
In case some don't know, here is the description of the stages:
Subzero Stock EVO
Stage 0 EVO with cat-back
Stage 0+ EVO with cat-back and downpipe
Stage 1 EVO with cat-back, downpipe and camgears
Stage 1+ EVO with cat-back, downpipe, camgears and camshafts
Stage 2 all the above with GT3037, upgraded injectors, FMIC, and pump
Price is $495+shipping for XFlash
Of course, custom in-house load-bearing dyno tuning will also be available for those willing to drive out to our dyno facility in sunny CA.
There is more info to come next week with regards to how this new reflashing ability affects XEDE owners as well. For starters, how does a $100 reflash for higher rev and boost limits sound? More info to come soon....
Cheers,
shiv

Hey Shiv, I know you might come to Colorado for the Dyno day in November. I was just wondering if you do come will you offer the xflash too on the dyno. What power are we expecting and is it similar to Works dyno flash.

So you will do a custom tune with the Xflash if we come to Cali? Would that be $495 for the Xflash plus dyno time at $200 per hour? Is one hour usually enough time for a custom tune?
You do know you just broke Works bubble! It already seemed they wouldn't be selling any boost controlled re-flashes at $795 and now they definately won't.

We're pretty set as far as testers go. We're going to start doing custom in-house dyno tuning (using XFlah) next week on customer cars. All the current development has been done on our shop car. Wait until you guys see what we have access to
It's a big difference compared to the off-the-shelf reflashing systems that other shops are using. I think it's going to turn a lot of heads and send lots of folks back to the drawing boards. I'll be happy to elaborate on it next week. For now, let's just say that there is a LOT more to the factory ECU than most currently believe.
Cheers

I agree sounds alot like what Dynoflash can offer right now.And for half the price. How would yours differ if all the re-flashing systems are the same.
Dyno flash seems very appealing
