I am going to end up with a stage 2 I think but I need to know what I can do while I am waiting for it. I do not want to get the full turbo back if the down pipe is going to change. Also I want to make sure the the xede, cams, and cam gears are going to work. I don't want to **** away money on a part that I am not going to be using with stage 2. Please let me know how far I can go and what will have to be changed so that I don't waste any money on something that will not work with stage 2.

I know there is at least one thread where someone asked this and Shiv or Brett pretty much laid out what was going to be different. It may even be on their site.

I'm pretty sure it was only the downpipe that was not going to be used due to the new turbo size and location. Obviously the Exede or X-flash would have to be up dated as well. Other than that I think everything from the previous stage will be used on the Stage 2 cars.

I was actually wondering this same thing, because I have the Standard series TB that replaces to 02 dump. It will have to be replaced before I can stage 2. I'm kinda curious if the current sig. seris DP will work with it though. The one that leaves the stock 02 in place.

 

Yep, but what about the cams? I just want them to post and maybe have a upgrade list if you are going to stage 2.

 

Thats probably a good idea, if they don't already have one.

As far as the cams. I'm almost positive the same ones will be used. Not sure if the cams gears will need to be adjusted though.
