Let's all wait for Shiv and Brett to weigh in on location. But for now, lets all be as flexible as possible. Kartboy has made a very generous offer to help out in S.D. Friendly suggestion: order your stuff ASAP so you don't have to worry about not having time to do installations before the dyno day. Also, if you are on the fence and not committed you risk being bumped out. From what I've read from other dyno days, there is only so much time in a day.

 

I'm in, but Ken? at Vishnu said early Jan was a no-go. Anyone else heard otherwise?

 

Obviously, a facility with a Dyno Dynamics setup would make for a good tuning day because it is the same equipment Vishnu Performance has at their shop. Shiv has experience using it, this dyno has a fast turnaround time to get the car on the rollers and busy testing, and it is accurate.

Yeah, Brett at Vishnu e-mailed me saying that February was more realistic for the SoCal Dyno Day. Even if it's San Diego, I'm definitely in.

Feb is better for me, JIC's 3" downpipe will be avaiable late Jan.

i dont really car is you come to SD or not. I'll be going up north for Xmas anyhow to get the car tuned. i just know that theres a lonly DD here in SD.

i wouldn't mine making the trip up north , but it would be much better if he can come down here and tune the XedeFlash on the car

also if you/we can get enough people in SD area he can do a two day deal one in LA and one in SD

You can change my "maybe" status to "definitely in".

 

I didn't want to wait until February so I made an appointment in late Dec at Shiv's shop in NorCal. I'm going to get the cams before too long, so I'm still in for a February dyno day cuz I'll need fresh tuning for a stage one +. If no cams by then, I'll just be a spectator.
