Relay clicking

Shiv,

First, nice meeting you last night. Thanks to you and your crew for installing the Xede for me. No surprise that the car feels much stronger, pulling strong all the way to redline.

I do have a question. As some others have posted, the relay starts clicking as soon as I get on it. I'd like to eliminate that noise completely if I can. Would you recommend the epoxy drill & fill treatment? If so, would you mind walking me through that? I did a number of searches last night but didn't find much.

Specifically, where exactly is this relay? And does it matter which side I drill?

Thanks,
Joe

hey Joe,

I don't know if you were there, but Shiv did tell brett to call the manufacturer to find out the safest way to elimnate that. Hey should have a way to fix it soon. When are you going to take your car in for a tune?

ASAP!

Actually, I would really, really like to get a full exhaust in there before I have it tuned. I know for a fact that I'm getting one. Considering the '04 autox season will be starting up mid- to late January, I was planning on doing it soon.

Also, those cam gears sounded mighty tempting, but guess what? Not allowed in ESP Oh well.

And yes, I did hear him say something about fixing the relays. I'll just have to be patient, which is totally unlike me

Later,
Joe
